Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering a high-quality, professional clean. If you are not satisfied with an aspect of the service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the clean being completed. We will arrange to inspect the area of concern and, where reasonable, re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.

When a Re-Clean or Refund May Be Offered

A re-clean or refund may be considered where:

  • The issue relates directly to the quality of the cleaning service provided.

  • The concern is raised within the 24–48 hour review window.

  • The issue is consistent with what was agreed in the service scope or quote.

If a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be offered based on the circumstances.

What Is Not Included

We cannot provide re-cleaning or refunds for issues that occur after the service has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • New dirt, dust, debris, insects or marks that appear after the service was completed and before the customer reviews or re-enters the site.

  • Weather-related dust, wind-blown debris or insects entering the property after cleaning.

  • Changes in personal preference (e.g., wanting an area cleaned differently after the agreed cleaning standard has been met).

  • Pre-existing damage, staining, wear or deterioration that cannot be resolved through standard cleaning methods.

  • Areas or items not included in the agreed scope at the time of service.

  • Additional work or heavy-duty cleaning required that was not disclosed or included in the original quote.

We recommend clients review the property promptly once the service is completed to ensure any concerns can be identified and resolved quickly while conditions remain unchanged.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the consumer guarantees, other rights or remedies available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service we provide fails to meet those guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, re-performance or reduction in price as provided by law
