Terms & Conditions

These general Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by HowieClean Pty Ltd. They are designed to outline expectations, support clear communication and ensure a smooth, safe and professional service experience.

Please note: Individual contracts, proposals and formal quotes may include additional or more detailed conditions specific to the type of service being delivered. These documents take precedence and should be read alongside this general statement.

By engaging HowieClean Pty Ltd, you agree to the following:

  1. Quotes & Scope of Work

    • All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of quotation.

    • If the condition, size, access or requirements change, the scope and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

    • Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

  2. Access to Property

    • The client must provide safe and timely access to the premises at the agreed appointment time.

    • If staff are unable to access the premises or are delayed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

  3. Safety & Workplace Conditions

    • A safe working environment must be provided while our staff are on site.

    • If hazardous conditions are identified, we may pause or reschedule the service until it is safe to proceed.

    • Please notify us of any fragile, delicate or high-value items that require special care.

  4. Staff Conduct & Professionalism

    • Our team members are trained professionals who follow established cleaning and safety procedures.

    • We treat all client spaces with respect and confidentiality.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Payment is required according to the terms stated on the invoice, quote or service contract.

    • Late payments may incur late fees or service suspension until the account is settled.

  6. Rescheduling & Service Changes

    • We may need to reschedule in cases of staff illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Clients may request a reschedule with reasonable notice — short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

  7. Service-Specific Agreements

    • Commercial contracts, vacate cleans, industrial floor treatments and ongoing cleaning services may have additional terms which will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

    • These additional terms form part of your agreement with us and outline the exact service expectations, deliverables, frequency and obligations.
